The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size fridge, range, Kurig coffee maker and all the necessary \u201cstuff\u201d to make your stay comfortable. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub\/shower and the bedroom a queen-sized bed. There is also a private patio with a barbecue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The CAPTAINS QUARTERS<\/a> is a spacious ground floor apartment with a kitchen complete with a double door fridge, dishwasher and is also fully equipped. There is a small dining area and a living room with a flat screen TV and a ROKU player. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and there is a very spacious bathroom with a bathtub\/shower. Outside there is a private patio with barbecue and seating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Property is set back from route 1 with ample parking. The owners live in the main house, their entrance is on the other side of the house with it\u2019s own driveway and entrance. Also on the other side of the house is the owner\u2019s fine art print studio \u2013 http:\/\/digitalprintmaker.com<\/a> \u2013 where Rick makes prints for artists and fine art photographers.
